New Workspace
Architectural expertise + New Workspace concept = awesome office
Innovation needs spaces where creativity can flourish and new things can be created. This is also true for the Berlin-based innovation consultancy zero360, which moved into the Mindyard at the end of 2017 and has integrated itself into the ecosystem of start-ups and established companies on the Spittelmarkt campus. In accordance with a user-centred New Work approach initiated and designed by the zero360 team, raumHOCH accompanied the process as an architectural partner in close cooperation with zero360 and implemented the results in terms of planning.
Prototyping, silent work and coffee break
The openness of the company is reflected in the resulting spatial concept: the area of around 300 sqm was completely gutted and the old screed floor was reconditioned. Together with the zero360 team, we created an agile working environment that accommodates desks, quiet workstations and retreat niches as well as a large prototyping and workshop area. A special eye-catcher is the glass box located in the centre of the open space, a room within a room for larger meetings. Another highlight is the open kitchen – which is equally inviting for an exchange over a cup of coffee, large team meetings or individual work on a notebook.
